Incommunicado

So this is mostly for the family, just so they can get an idea of where exactly I am all of the time, being that it's difficult to communicate with them (or anyone for that matter) without a telephone. I havent gotten to put up all of my pictures yet...basically because I ran out of tape and they didnt sell it at the place I went for groceries. But no matter...anyway, here is my room thus far

As i said- big bed, same posters as in my GW room, and lots of good pictures and such. If you stick your head out those big windows, you can see the eiffel tower, which is pretty cool.

There are about a thousand pillows on that bed, which is pretty ideal. Also two big comforters- also excellent. Oh, and of course- Russ Guss.

Here is the area by the window- that desk thing folds out. And obviously my Dwight Shrute bobble head and the karma card from Mike Elkins circa 2004. Oh, and brittany, thats your black headband on top of the orange box. whoops? heh.

And this is the completely undecorated part...on the right past the giant mirror are 2 sets of double doors, one is for the bathroom situation

and the other is a closet- those pots and stuff came with the

room which was nice. Below the hot plates is a mini fridge and on the side is a microway. good all around. Oh, and that light doesnt work. and the coat rack is on its last leg. but for now, clearly, its functioning pretty well. On the left you can see the shelves where i put food and stuff. No diet sunkist so i had to settle for "fanta zero." AND worst of all...no ranch dressing. blasphemous. Below on the left you

can see my other wall. good stuff.

ANYWAY. i need to go fill out a bunch of forms for my french credit card so that I can get the ball rolling on this phone situation. I think i'm gonna go see the arc de triamph (i cant even spell it...fail) later today- and i've got a meeting early tomorrow about finishing registration. So all is well. Au revoir!
